hello friends, I added a ladder I want to create, but I want to define 9 steps as stairs. My floor height is 290cm. When I come to 9 digits, it looks like 2d normal is created, but very silly things happen in 3d perspective. can you help me

hello, it says the file is in unidentified format and cannot be opened.
You need to put the downloaded file in the Ladder library. For this, go to the directory where the program is installed and go to "C:\Program Files\ideCAD\ideCAD Static 8.61\ stair" Copy the file you downloaded into the stair file. Then start the program. From the Ribbon menu, select the ladder type you have transferred to the stair file from the Ladder -> Ladder Settings -> Ladder types.

Thank you for your help, but this is not the ladder I want. I need to define the 9th place in my drawing as a step. I have attached the point I could reach with the route command. whatever is happening is happening in 9 steps. I can define step 9 as a landing, but I want to give it a height of one step.

The file you sent cannot be opened. it says i should use incompatible version and updated version. I'm already using the latest version. Also, the place I referred to as the landing is 9 steps. not floor space. It doesn't happen when I draw the 9th place on the ladder I sent with the route command as if it were a single step. It happens when I draw as a landing. but I can't give jeans to the landing.
