I have a ladder in my project that sits on the slab. I want to solve this separately and transfer their load to the slab. here I need to transfer my moments coming from the ladder to the floor or normal force or both

If it is a standard ladder, you do not need to transfer torque. However, if you want to make a very large and important risky ladder and a sensitive calculation, transfer both moment and vertical loads. But do not use the program results directly. For example, there may be 8 or 10 reinforcements in the prime direction in the calculation, but do not throw reinforcements below 12/15 on both stairs and balconies.

You can define a linear load from the point where the stair arm presses on a floor that you will define instead of the stair landing, or you can define a point load on the beam (by distributing the load from several points).
