Is period 1.17 normal? I solved the project semi-rigid

In the project I have attached, is the 1st period 1.17 a normal situation? I solved the project semi-rigid, I did it so that it would fit in the attached fully rigid forum. Could you please review the project and offer your recommendations. I will deal with the stairs and b faulty columns, it is not fully finished. Thanks in advance.

My suggestion --put columns and curtains lined up in the long direction, the other direction is weak, --make the narrow sides of the column 30 cm, --The rib beams protrude beyond the column more than d/2, -- Wall and floor moving Check the loads, Ünver ÖZCAN

I do not drop windows and doors on the walls within my wall and slab loads. I add 110kg/m2 for brick hollow block on flooring. For the 15 walls that come on top of it. Do you think it is more or less?
