Is it possible to create an attic by placing a wall between the columns?

Dear forum elders. In my previous message, I asked the question of how to slope the roof floor and I learned this subject thanks to you. But it was decided not to make the roof reinforced concrete. Now, a situation came into question with its new form: The architect made a 1.80m masonry structure after the ground floor ceiling and placed a roof on it. I read the previous comments on this subject in the forum. Reinforced concrete + masonry structure is not healthy. Therefore, they said transfer the loads of the masonry building to the ceiling of a lower floor. Yes, this is logical, but if I make the corner columns of the building 1.80m high and put a wall between the columns, will I create an attic in this way? Would I have made a technical mistake if I had received a mold plan in this way? Another issue that did not bother me was the eaves. I put a 1.80m high wall between the columns. But I did not connect the columns to each other with beams. In this case, only the columns bear the load of the eaves that I have thrown. It did not cause a problem in the analysis. Since it is a small project (45m2 + 40m2 ) But how healthy would it be in reality? I would be very happy if you could answer my questions. Best regards.
