Is it normal to have excessive additional reinforcement on the raft?

basically there is equipment with Q16/18 but there is too much additional equipment can you suggest any advice

The additional accessories that appear on the screen are not excessive in my opinion, as you mentioned. fi 12/30 looks pretty normal. At one point fi 14/10 you can increase the diameter and increase the spacing. The reinforcement density occurring at a small point should not be characterized as excessive.
