Iron metering problem

hello everyone. I had an urgent question. The contractor company brought a project for the flagpole foundation. When I drew and analyzed the project with the same cross-sections, my iron quantity was doubled as the incoming project. After the analysis, when I enter the column menu from the reinforced concrete section of the program, change the radial foundation reinforcement manually while Q16/12 is in the middle, and make Q16/22, the color immediately turns red and (As-) is written in parentheses. he also says that the equipment area is sufficient, there is no problem until here. However, when I want to get the raft basic report, it gives a warning in the first window because of insufficient reinforcement, when I click OK and continue, all verifications are provided. If the reinforcement area is insufficient, how can all the verifications be "green tick" as well as positive? I am attaching the project as well. project information; ***there is a square raft with 410 cm on each side and a height of 85 cm ***there is a square column with a side length of 160 cm and a height of 155 cm in the middle of the raft ***a 5000 kg flagpole on top of the square column sitting. The anchor of the flagpole extends into the foundation. *** I have adjusted the concrete class to be c20, raft bars Q16, column bars Q20, stirrups Q8, ground floor 15000 kg/m2. These are the features of the project that came to me. Could you take a look at the 5000 kg flagpole installation I made to the column, I wonder if I'm wrong there. The quantity of the incoming project is basically a value like Q16/22 in both directions at the top and bottom. so in total 72Q16 is double in my report. Am I making a mistake, is it too late for a project Q16/12, I don't understand?

Hello, In the raft floor reinforced concrete dialog, the reinforcement fi16/22 is made and the report is received, Raft Basic Summary In the report, information is given as there is a basic foundation whose existing reinforcement is less than necessary. (If the existing main reinforcement is less than necessary status)

Levent, first of all, thank you for the information you provided. As a result, according to the data of the program, it already gave us the minimum equipment for tem, a value like Q16/12. In this case, the equipment of the project that the contractor sent me is half missing. In the project I received, there is an equipment such as Q16/22 intermediate, which is very lacking in this case. Also, can you check if the upload I made for the pole is correct? As a point load, I had a -5000 kg effect on the top end of the 1.55-meter column. minus the z-axis as well.

You can see the direction of the load from the analysis model.
