Insufficient Reinforcement Error

Hello, I am getting the error that the curtains on the sides of the elevator on the basement floor are insufficiently equipped. I increase the reinforcement rate, but I can't get past the error. I also increased the thickness of the foundation, still did not work. I couldn't attach it because the file size is large. waiting for your suggestions
