In the new regulation, ln/12 and ln/15 beam cross-section conditions

Hello, I could not see table values such as ln/12 and ln/15 in beam cross-section conditions in the new regulation. The municipality wants me to increase the beam depth over ln/12, but I did not receive any warning about this in the idecad design.

Hello, It is stated that the beam cross-section conditions you mentioned must be complied with in case of simplified calculation (structural analysis) defined in "CHAPTER 17- SIMPLIFIED DESIGN RULES FOR BUILT-IN-SIDE BUILDINGS". Section 4' of the program. Analysis is made according to the calculation principles specified in Chapter 17. Therefore, the cross-sectional conditions specified in Chapter 17 are not checked and do not need to be checked.

Re: Beam span The values you mentioned are related to checking whether there is a need for deflection calculation in the ts500. If the beam span exceeds these values, the deflection calculation is made automatically in the program.
