Hello there. As idecad users, we were able to reach our problems by phone and solve them instantly. but now with the new working system, this chance has been taken away from us. this new system has been challenging for everyone. We would be more pleased if a new arrangement is made for the satisfaction of users.

Even if technical support is given by phone, the relevant project must reach the technical service. In the previous system, you were sending projects via e-mail. This could cause significant interference and delays in technical support. This system also prevented this confusion. If your problem is not resolved even though you send a project, you are given remote connection policy support, which is a much more effective method than the telephone. Hello, Mr. Ismail is right. It is not right to add phone traffic to a platform where such intense questions are asked, and you can get that support in special cases. I get a response to every question I ask, almost within the same day. It's a win for other users, at least for me :). I strongly support this forum. Good work.
