ideCAD v10.2 demo version analysis wizard freezing issue

Hello friends, I am trying to open the analysis wizard in the demo version of idecad v10, but the idecad logo appears and does not work. MY SYSTEM W10 64-BIT CAN YOU HELP THANKS

I uninstalled the program at least 4-5 times and installed it from scratch, still the same result. I have attached the current project, thanks in advance

(My computer for five years; Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.60 GHz-Installed RAM 16 GB) If the RAM is less than 16 GB, I recommend increasing it. Hello, The problem may be due to missing windows updates. Perform the following steps; - Make sure that the ideCAD installation is OK, You can try to uninstall and reinstall the program. - Make windows updates - Internet explorer to the latest version Update (Must be Version 11) - If you are using antivirus adblocker style security software, deactivate them and try again. - Disable add-ons if there are add-ons installed in Internet Explorer. Good work
