Idecad Static (Error Opening Saved Project)

If the saved idecad file is transferred to another folder, the project I saved does not open. Or the projects that I download from the site and try to browse do not open with the same error, if you can explain the reason for this and what kind of solution can be applied. C:/.............. Project Name .ide6 Not Found. Error pops up. Thanks in advance for your help.
