ideCAD Static 6.0055 Demo Installation Error Code: 6002

Greetings, ideCad Statik 6.0055 In the installation of the demo version "Setup has encountered an error." I get an error like. 6002 is given as error code. I would appreciate if you can help me urgently on the solution. The idecad course program that I plan to start depends on my ability to use it on a laptop without any problems. Note: As the operating system; I'm using XP(64 bit) and Vista(32 bit). I got the same error in both. Also, there is no problem installing the full versions of 6.01 beta2 and 6.01 versions, but new versions don't have demos yet.
