ideCAD scaffolding account explodes

I got a report after I finished the scaffolding project that I drew idecad 8.5. The program closed by itself. Then every time I open the project, the program closes itself without opening the project. please have a look

When I return to the process and analyze the four sides of the building in a 9-storey project with 300 m2 each floor, the analysis does not conclude. The analysis does not progress after a certain section. Also, the scaffolding project tenses a lot, I wonder if it's normal. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
