ideCAD report import problem

hello, in the latest version of idecad 8 (demo), I cannot view any report from the report section. what is the reason for this? can you help me?
 
Hello, Do you get any error while receiving the report? Delete the iderpt.tmp file in C:\ProgramData\ideCAD Folder and try to get the report again. The problem may be fixed. If the problem persists, you can call our Istanbul office.
 
Good day, even though I deleted the iderpt.tmp file in idecad 8, I can't get raoor, it gives the same error, what should I do?
