ideCAD report import error

Hello, I made an analysis with idecad v10 demo, I wanted to get a report, the program shuts itself down. The demo version is correct. I will look at the report preview, not the report output. Normally, it would not give such an error, I did a performance analysis, I said create a report, it gave an error as follows. I even deleted and reinstalled the Idead program, I fixed all the errors in the geometry controls, it's still the same.
