ideCAD Gives Error

Good day guys. When I try to enter the tile settings in Idestat, it always gives the same error and the program closes automatically. I tried the same process in the demo, no problem. I have done all the updates related to the video card and it still does not work How can I fix

I got help from technical service, the issue was resolved. It gave such an error when I tried to use the project settings that I saved in another version in idestatic 7. Thank you for your interest...
