friends, I am making a simple structure in the steel version of idecad. I am in the learning phase. but when I save my work and exit and re-enter it, some of the things I did are deleted. For example, the beam-sub-beam connections that I made are deleted. and I have one more problem, the program closes by itself in the analysis part. There are people who have the same problems. Is there a solution for this?

this is normally a 6 story building. First of all, when I made an analysis after drawing all of them, the program always closed by itself. I said maybe it would be okay if I did it from the beginning, but the things I did this time started to be deleted later.

Hello Mr. Hami; Do you have version 8.103? If you click about ideCAD from the help menu, you can check which version it is from the window that will appear on the screen. If it is 8.103, your project was created in the old version and because the secondary beam, purlin and coating were created from scratch in accordance with the new needs, when you open it in 8.103, the single purlin comes as a single secondary beam, so there may be some data loss. It would be best to recreate your model in 8.103. You can download 8.103 from the forum. You will not encounter such a problem in 8.103. However, as far as I understand, you have deficiencies in modeling in the program. Watch the data entry of a similar project from the

link. If there is a break during the analysis, please contact us. As a note for your project, the slope of the roof is severe, honeycomb beams are not elements sized in the regulations to take serious axial load at high slopes. If the slope of your roof has to be this, it will be more appropriate to design with a full-body beam. Good work.
