ideCAD 10 Demo - 3D view issue

Hello, I don't have any problems with the two-dimensional plane while modeling. I don't have any trouble working in 3D. However, whenever I try to open 2D and 3D views at the same time, the 3D view freezes. I am using the application with my selected video card (nVidia GeForce 1050Ti). So high performance. However, the problem still persists. When I run the application with the processor, the problem disappears. This time, however, there is an incredible drop in quality in the 3D view.
