Good afternoon, I am having trouble with cross members with high earthquake force bearing ductility level in İdecad Çelik. How can I ensure that the tensile strength is not less than the yield strength according to Article 9.6.3.4? Although I used different sections, the result did not change. Also, I cannot mark the cross members I have drawn as earthquake force carrier system. I have uploaded the project, I would be glad if you help me. thanks. idecad file:

Hello Mr. Recep, First of all, TBDY 2018 Article 9.6.3.4 is a condition introduced to prevent the braces from breaking (breaking) before they reach the yielding state in frames with high ductility level central braces. In order to ensure this condition, the effective net cross-sectional area (Ae) of the braces should be as large as possible. For this, review your cross-end joins. While selecting central braced frames as Earthquake Force Carrier System (DKTS) in the program, modeled braces can be selected with the "Cross" command from the menu. Since crosses modeled with the "Single Steel Cross" command can be modeled by selecting two arbitrary points, are they vertical crosses in the program? frame element? etc. does not do such checks. The corrected project is attached.
