ide Lock

hello, I bought ide architecture and ide static license in the last months of 2011... Civil Eng. chamber does not accept the licensed project. (So, with the logic that the project owner and the lock owner will be the same) the locks are on me, but I am civil engineer. Since I am not present, my projects are having difficulties. Both architectural and static drawings are drawn in my office. I won't buy a lock again! It doesn't make much sense to me anyway... What should I do now, what way should I follow, dear authorities, I am waiting for a solution from you...
