I want to get your opinions

Hello, the control engineer of the municipality I am affiliated with does not accept my system shown in the picture. Since the moment will be high at the midpoint of the beams (K29-K32), let's not make studs at the middle point, let's divide the columns by 9. He wants to have double studs like K37-K15. I would like to get your opinion on this matter.

Re: I want your opinion! Solve the system with vinyl finite elements like this. The program will already apply TS500 and earthquake code conditions. With controls such as balanced reinforcement ratio and deflection, a suitable design will be made according to the moment that will occur in the middle of the beam. But as I said, solve it semi-rigidly.

If your calculations make sense, if the sections are sufficient, the municipality should not interfere with the carrier system. I don't know how much your live loads are, but beams 43-44-45 can be canceled. Or if it stays like this, a size can be reduced. 20 cm is a bit too much for these areas on floors, if your floor number is high, your axial loads will be excessive. After all, if you give this design to 5 different engineers, different solutions will come out. Good work...
