With controls such as balanced reinforcement ratio and deflection, a suitable design will be made according to the moment that will occur in the middle of the beam. But as I said, solve it semi-rigidly.

There was 1/10 condition for cassette flooring on TS500, I think I suggest you check the system works like cassette
If your calculations make sense, if the sections are sufficient, the municipality should not interfere with the carrier system. I don't know how much your live loads are, but beams 43-44-45 can be canceled. Or if it stays like this, a size can be reduced. 20 cm is a bit too much for these areas on floors, if your floor number is high, your axial loads will be excessive.
