Apart from that, the raft thickness and reinforcements seem normal for this structure. There is a problem with additional reinforcements on the raft. In the place where the big curtain is (p3-p2), curtain element inputs are made on top of each other. Therefore, there is a problem with the elements connected here. I could not understand the k13 beam on the 1st floor and the k27 beam attached to it. Likewise, the beam K35- k39 - K46, which seems to be tangential to the column, is also incomprehensible. S2- S5- S23 beams are also not restrained in the other direction. You have one curtain in the Y direction and this curtain does not form any frames in the Y direction. Check your loads; balcony loads insufficient landing and stair loads are insufficient. You cannot design a single rib console floor. The flooring behind it also needs to be ribbed (and continuous). This way, you may have a chance to merge the columns. You should definitely overhaul the carrier system. Surely there is something to be done. I've written this much for now, I couldn't examine the rest because I had to quit. But I suggest you fix the things you absolutely need to fix first.
