I DID NOT GET APPROVAL DUE TO A2 - A3 IRRORITY

izmir imoda today I couldn't get approval due to a2 and a3 irregularity. stair slab ND4 and adjacent ND10 require bending reinforcement from a2 and a3 directions. I showed it to the cellar in the room, they also messed with my project, but they said it would be better if you left the building. but this is against the architecture. Thanks in advance to those who will help
