I couldn't fix the relative floor offset error

The relative floor offset does not recover in the X direction. Look at the X-direction deformations in 3 dimensions and you will see that there is not enough rigidity at the top of your structure. You need to provide rigidity by adding shears in the X direction to the top of the plan or by changing the column direction/dimensions.
 
Hello, Your structure is a long y-direction single span system in x-direction. In such systems, it should be considered that the carrier system is formed in the short direction. As a matter of fact, if you examine the relative floor offsets report, it is seen that columns and curtains should be added in the +5% direction (upper side of the building). Make improvements in your system accordingly. You can see how the relative floor drift report can be examined in my previous answer to your question on the same topic.
