I didn't manage to do it the way I wanted with the slant tiling. Also, the vehicle will descend and I think the ramp is very useless.
 
Isn't that what you want? What is your hesitation? I deleted some objects to reduce the file size. The slopes look reasonable according to the triangle you drew.

The ramp height is not too high where the beams in the starting area are located. I recommend making curtains. I chose 20 cm in the file I sent you about the thickness, I do not recommend making it less than 18-20 cm. Analyze it and have a look. I recommend increasing the width of the lower beams as well. You can even connect the K89 beam to the middle of the bow and define a curtain under it. Accordingly, if you wish, it may be possible to reconstruct the ramp and better organize its elevations and slope.
