I can't open the data on another computer

hello, I need to open a project made in idecad7 on another computer. but when opening it gives the error that it has stopped working. what could be the problem..
 
Hello, There may be a problem with the video card on the computer where the program is closed. Install the latest drivers for your video card. If the problem persists, close the Settings / General Settings / 'Use Opengl hardware accelerator' option and exit the settings by saying OK. Close the program and open it again, try to open the project. If the program is closed again, we will help you if you call our Istanbul office.
