I can't map retaining wall drawings

hello, I can't place the retaining wall drawings on the map, the program closes.

hello, after the analysis, the drawing menu button, the retaining wall drawings, the retaining wall expansions come and the new layout block is all clicked and named, then go to the layout, add a layout block, from the layout blocks menu, select the block and ok, when I try to place it on the sheet, the program closes

hello, after the analysis, go to the Drawing menu key, retaining wall drawings, retaining wall expansions, click all of the new layout blocks and give a name, then switch to the layout, add a layout block, select the block from the layout blocks menu, select the layout the program closes when I try to place it on top
