I Can't Get Reports

Hello, I have attached the screenshots of the error I received while receiving the report and the error that appeared on the screen after closing the program. I also uploaded my project. I definitely can't get static reports, I'd appreciate your help, good night...
 
Mr. Unver, where could the trouble be? It happens to me for the first time. I deleted and reinstalled my idestatic program, I still can't get a report...

Normally ProgramData folder is a public folder that can be used by all programs. There are articles on this subject on Google:
