I can't get reports and quantities in ideCAD program

Hello, when I install the fingerprint on the computer I just bought, I cannot get reports and footage in the idecad program and the program closes after giving an error. I uninstall the fingerprint application I installed, uninstall and reinstall my idecad program, I still get the same error. Finally, I get rid of this error with system restore. I can't use the fingerprint app right now. I believe that this problem is caused by the conflict of fingerprint program and idecad program at some point. How should I proceed, I would be glad if you could help.

Hello, For the program to work (for 8.61), the add-ons I have shown in the attached screenshot must be installed on your computer. There is a possibility that the fingerprint program may be removing or changing these programs. Check the add-ons from the add/remove program section. If not, it's Monday.
