RYTEIE-2019 MINIMUM COEFFICIENT MUST BE 0.90 in the regulation part, I use idestatic 10, in the risky building analysis, the regulation part automatically takes the knowledge level coefficient of 0.75 in the tbdy and minimum option, I need to make the necessary corrections and submit the file to the environment and urbanism.. can you help me? Hello, the minimum knowledge level coefficient is 0.90 according to Tab 4.1 specified in Article 4.1.4 of the 2019 Regulation on the Principles Regarding the Detection of Risky Buildings. For this reason, RYTEIE-2019 and the minimum knowledge level coefficient of 0.90 are taken in the risky building analysis performed by clicking the "Risky building analysis" command. When linear performance analysis is performed for existing structures according to TBDY Chapter 15 using the "Linear Performance Analysis" command, TBDY 2018 and the minimum knowledge level coefficient are 0.75. In the image you sent, RYTEIE-2019 and the minimum knowledge level coefficient are 0.90. Therefore, there is no error. Best regards...
