The drawings in your dwg file must have come a long way from the origin. You can try to select the whole project (0:0) and move it to the origin point. It is also useful to do scale control.

Right click on any object on the plan screen, click "Find in Perspective" to view the project on the perspective screen. Also, as Arzu Hanım said, move your project to the origin and check its scale.
