I'm having trouble getting the report pdf

Hello, take it easy, my problem is that even though I receive a report, I have trouble saving as pdf, it gives an error
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
you can also see it in the picture, I would appreciate if you could help

There may be a problem with the fonts. I think you can solve the problem by changing the font styles from the menu. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
 
I didn't have the same problem when I tried it on another pc. As you said, I changed the font, but the problem was not fixed.
 
Hello, I opened your project. I received a report and was able to save pdf without any problems. If you call our Bursa office during the day, we can connect to your computer with remote access and look at the problem. 0 224 220 67 17
