I'm having a problem with choosing the R coefficient.

Hello friends; In the attached project, I have a problem with the choice of the ductility level and the R coefficient. When I solve the system with high ductility, I cannot fix the shear safety error and column-beam combination errors on the elevator curtain. When I make a mixed system solution, when I apply R=6 and 4/5R, I get errors in many elements while fixing the problems in the earthquake code report. Can you examine the project and give information about the design errors and solutions.

Hi, If you decide to solve your structure with high ductility level, your Screen ratio is too high 4.3.4.5. Try to provide the 0.75 Mo condition under its control, turn the curtains you can turn to the column. You can also make the L curtains in the corners as polygon columns. When you meet this condition, you will not have to take R 6. Try to reduce the ratios I marked in the picture below 0.75. You can try to reduce the cross-section of the walls that do not meet the 4.3.2.4.a control condition or by increasing the column dimensions. Curtains to the right and left of the staircase do not form groups, remove the definition of this group. L and Elevator curtains form a group. For column beam connection shear safety, my suggestion is to use a minimum width of 30 cm in beams, you can make the concrete class C30.

Thank you very much Yasin for your interest. As a result of the advice you gave, the problems in the project were solved. Now I have basically encountered Negative ground stress. Can I get your opinions on this?
