I'm getting errors in the image in the join report

Hello, when I enter the join report in my project, I encounter the errors in the picture. what would be the reason?

Re: union report Hello; It is seen that the design of the butt plate beam attachments has not been made. If you interfere with the default number of bolts in the connection of the beam attachment with the front plate, the calculation is not made. Similarly, if you add a stiffener, it will not be calculated. This is how it appears in the report because you made one of these two changes. You can use the combinations as you change them. Good work.

Re: union report Hello; It can stay the way you use the combination in the field, in which case you should ignore the value in the report. Because we don't design this combination. But if you want to design the combination, you should not touch the program created. It matters what your choice is.

Re: union report this is the union in question. This is one of the most used combinations in steel roofs. doesn't idecad calculate this union? If this is not calculated, what should I use instead?

Re: union report Hello; You can obtain the design report as you see it in the image. In other geometries, the load transfer mechanism in the junction changes and the calculation method needs to be changed, so we cannot give the design report in the geometry you want at the moment. Studies on the subject are in progress. You can see the improvements in the upcoming versions. Good work.

Steel Joints Hello, as a result of a question I asked about the butt plate beam joint joint the other day, I learned that these connections can only be used as default, otherwise a design report cannot be obtained. When I examined other joints on the idecad steel program, I saw that design reports could not be obtained for many joints. now my question is: is the combination calculation done in the idecad program? Or are the combinations in the program's combination menu only entered constructively? (If so, the situation is very dire) If the combination is calculated, can you tell me which combination should be placed at the corners of a simple rectangular frame like in the picture (guse, ridge, frame corner)?

For example, when I create a combination like in the picture, I cannot see the account of this combination in the reports. How can I tell if the combination is sufficient? I am also attaching the data for your review.

Hello there; There are 2 groups of combinations, calculated and constructive, in the program. The brochures, the website, online trainings, etc., where the program is introduced. You can see that it is clearly stated in places. These combinations are the combinations that are calculated in the Earthquake Code annexes and comply with the values such as rotation angle limited by the Earthquake Code. Other combinations are used for modeling and drawing. A group of constructive combinations will become designable in the upcoming releases. In the programs that make a different combination design, one group; for example Limcon, Ram Connection, Risa Connection; As you will see it is not available. Because steel combinations are so diverse, you cannot expect every program to account for all of them. You have to make calculations for the combinations that are not designed in the program. Or, instead of placing the beam on the column in your project, you can obtain design reports by using 4-bolt or 8-bolt connections. Good work.

There are 2 sections in the ribbon menu, "joining" and "constructive combination", so I created my designs by choosing my combinations from the first section accordingly, but later I realized that some of the combinations I chose were constructive. For example, the joints named "butt plate column attachment" and "rigid column foot on both axes" are not in the first section, that is, in the "constructive joints" section. however, these combinations are not calculated. I don't agree with you that many places make it clear what constructive and calculated combinations are. many users may be using constructive union, thinking that it is calculated like me.

Hello there; If there is no design report tab in the lower right corner of the menu that opens when you enter the properties of any combination, it means that the design of this combination is not done. If you choose any combination from the ribbon menu, the design of the combinations in the section in the image I sent earlier in the floating toolbar that opens is done. Good work.
