I'm getting an error while generating the report

When I get a report in all of my projects in v5.511 enterprise, I get a message saying 'error while creating the report'. I just upgraded to v6.54. I have a few projects in this version and they are the same. I can get neither quantity nor report. I downloaded v7 now, I was able to get a report from only one project in 6.54, the others are still the same.. I tried to open the projects in 3 ways. 1. to open my project by dragging it to the ide on the desktop, 2. to open the project by entering the idestat, and 3. to open my project by double clicking directly. but the result is the same in all.
 
After our meeting, my problem was solved. The problem was caused by the IdeRPT file directly on the desktop from the file in which the program in C was registered. An authorized friend took it back and created IDERPT SHORTCUT on the desktop and solved my problem. Thanks, good work.
