I'm getting an error when creating tiles

Hi, I am using ide7 version. I defined beams, columns and panels. The row has moved to the slabs, but I cannot place slabs between joists. Some places try to cover them all. I am attaching an example image as an attachment. I would be glad if you help. Good evening, good work.
