I'm getting a warning that the system cannot be resolved

When I try to do the analysis, it gives an error: "The system cannot be resolved, do a geometric check to detect the problem". I did the geometric check, it didn't give an error, I did the 3d joint check, but it gave the same error again. I was using demo idecad 10 normally, I was never profitable with such a problem, but I just started my new job, idecad 7 is present and gives an error constantly.

Please attach the project file that gave an error Note: Version 7 is not compatible with the new earthquake code (TBDY 2018).

Yes, I know that it is not the same, I drew the same project on my own computer with idecad 10 demo without any problems. There is no problem with idecad 7. Sent from my LLD-L31 using Tapatalk

I threw in idecad 8, it gave an error there, can you help me
The system cannot be resolved in your project, the problem is caused by the ladder (The coordinates of the problematic joint point are given both in the error detection report and on the 3D perspective screen.) Stair arms the intermediate landing is not supported. Also, the stair support conditions are incorrectly arranged. You can get information about the creation of the stairs and the determination of the supporting conditions from the links below. Creating the stair

Good work

After drawing the calculation muscles on the stairs, I analyze only one edge with the command to determine the support conditions of the stairs and apply to all edges. Sent from my LLD-L31 using Tapatalk

If the edge of the stair is not connected to any element, the edges should be left blank. You can watch the video below about determining the stair support conditions from the 6th minute.

In the project you added, the support conditions are selected for the solution together with the Structure, but none of the stair edges are attached to the elements. Also, the stair arms are not connected to the intermediate landing. Good work.

Understood, thank you. I was going to ask one more thing. Now, when the coordinate of the error is shown, how can I open that coordinate, I tried to enter it from the coordinate box, I couldn't. How do you detect pinpoint errors like you? Sent from my LLD-L31 using Tapatalk

You can determine the relevant coordinate by entering the X, Y coordinates from the coordinate box. Also, the red arrow shows the problematic coordinate in the 3d window (picture named d_n_3b.png in the message above)
