How to weld by straight trimming on the axis

Greetings, I want to weld 2 box profiles, but an option welded joint or a box/pipe welded joint. As a result, both of them have a confusing 3 mm thread, which is not possible for application in the single element drawing, since the edges of the box profile are not perpendicular but with Radius. Of course, this leads to a confusing result for the cut as well. Is there a method of welding by straight trimming on the axis? good work.

Hello, after I make the beam element that way, I think it solves the system even if I don't define the source. This problem is encountered when we import linearly from Autocad. It's a hassle to trim them all one by one. I guess there is no other way. good work.

Hello there; If you enter the Welded Joint properties, you will see 2 different options in the weld tab, if the option to cut the elements is selected, the situation you mentioned in the drawings is not encountered. You can view the sample project. Good work.

Hello Nurgul; In your example, the beam element has a smaller cross-section than the column element, so there is no problem. If the beam section and column section are equal, the method you mentioned does not work! If it should work as you say, then the command is working incorrectly. Best regards.
