Can we only have the basement screen scratched or can we have the filling and concrete coating scratched as well? If we can scratch the filling and concrete pavement, how? 2 - As you know, we can easily lower the stairs to the foundation level, but where do we finish the lower level of the stairs in cases where the basement is filled (fill + unreinforced concrete coating)? thanks
