When I go to TDY Options from the settings in İdecad 8, there is no upper rigid basement floor number. How do we set the upper rigid basement floor number in İdecad 8? it shows up in the reports but I can't set it up, did they put it somewhere else please help?

Re: Upper rigid basement floor number in İdecad 8? In V8, rigid basement is placed in floor general settings. Here, you determine the rigid basement floor by ticking the box according to X, Y direction and floor status. When the basement is entered, the program signals. When entering data, you should remove or add ticks by paying attention to which floors are rigid.

Is a basement floor with a curtain on 3 sides considered rigid?

Does anyone know the answer to this?

Re: How to enter the upper rigid basement floor number in ideCAD 8 Hello A building with curtains on three sides is not considered rigid in both directions. In general, with the assumption that rigid curtains are sufficient and outside; If there is a curtain in the same direction on both sides, that direction is considered rigid. If there is a curtain on one side, that direction is not considered rigid. Unver ÖZCAN

Re: How to enter the upper rigid basement floor number in ideCAD 8 If there is a structure consisting of a buried single floor (the structure consisting of only the basement) surrounded by curtains on 4 sides, if we mark the foundation and floor as rigid, the program does not perform dynamic analysis and stops the analysis. How to act in this situation?
