How to connect columns at different elevations with basic curtains

In the system shown in the picture, which is solved with a continuous foundation, the necessary level was given to the curtains for the elevator shaft and a raft foundation was chosen underneath. How can I connect the curtains and columns at different levels to each other, since it cannot be with a continuous foundation, how can I provide this connection? thanks for your answers
 
Re: basic emergency aid permanent foundation and raft foundation can be solved independently of each other.
 
Re: basic emergency aid I have not come across any examples or sources where the raft foundation and the continuous foundation are connected with a tie beam. The raft and the continuous foundation can be solved independently and the superstructure interactively.
