How do I make a 14 cm stirrup hook 10 cm?

AS AN EXAMPLE, I WANT TO INTERVENE IN THE STOCK HOOK THAT PROMOTES 14 CM ON THE BEAM WITH 10 CM IN TERMS OF WORKMANSHIP, WHERE CAN I DO THAT?
 
Re: INTERVENTION WITH REINFORCEMENT LENGTH Stirrup and cross tie details are prepared automatically according to the conditions required in TBDY 2018 article 7.2.8 and figure 7.1. It is not optional.
