Hello, According to TDY Article 3.6.3.3, 4 crossties per square meter are given for the area outside the critical wall height on the walls. In the illustration in the plan you added, the curtains are the basement perimeter curtain and the critical curtain height has not been established as per the regulation. If crossties are attached to each vertical reinforcement, the number of crossties per square meter will increase greatly. The drawing is made according to the number of 4 kiosks per square meter. Maybe it would be appropriate for you to make a note on the sheet.
