How can I solve it in the fourth degree earthquake zone?

I am new to the program. When I have the analysis done after entering the system, I want to solve the ductility level normal, but it gives an error in the report. When I solve with high ductility level, the report does not give an error. How can I solve it normally in the 4th degree earthquake zone, thank you.

When I solve the ductility level high The report does not give an error. If you anticipate that normal ductility can be resolved according to the conditions, you can uncheck the line "Check the conformity in the project while receiving the report" in the Analysis Settings / Other Tab and you can analyze and get a report.
