How can I fix geometry errors?

My floor height is 401 cm because it is 91 cm infill. Can I define it as a second floor in the basement and calculate it?
 
Hello, You will need to increase the wall thicknesses in your project as specified in the Earthquake regulation. Adjust your curtain thicknesses to suit your floor heights. Please review earthquake codes 3.6.1 and 3.6.2.
