How can I fix analysis errors

Good day. There are some errors in the project I have attached. Whatever I have done, I cannot fix these errors. How do we find a solution? If we specify it in terms of items; 1-I get a B error in some columns. I increased the dimensions in the relevant direction of the columns, I increased the width of the beams. But some of them got better, others did not. Due to the rooms and the parking lot, I cannot change the column direction. (Note: I have read all the posts related to this topic in the forum) 2-I cannot adjust the last step of the stairs. In the 3D image, the last step is under the landing. 3-Additional reinforcements in the area of the elevator curtain in raft flooring are very common. My maximum reinforcement diameter is 16. I cannot go higher than that. Also, there is a tear to be created for the elevator shaft. The additions overflow into the created tear. Your findings are important to me. If there is anything else I can't see, please correct me. Best regards, thank you for everything Attachment:

Hi Suggestion project attached; Please review. In this project, the ground does not save safety. It turns out E+Q+EY1 18.51>15.90. If you cannot change your ground safety, ground improvement should be done. If you make the ladder as you say, the step height will be 18.3. The current situation is correct. For the elevator shaft; HOW TO MODEL A LIFT WELL

Ünver bey checked the project and said that it would be appropriate for us to find a solution according to the average stress. That is to say, I do the ground safety control according to the average stress, besides I use earthquake loads to increase 50% and also to control negative ground tension. He said. The contractors who say, "Why did you not use c25, but not c20 despite being in more adverse conditions in another project, how many kilograms of iron per square meter are in comparison with other projects, are not interested in the ground improvement work anyway. What I want is, can the solution proposed by this control mechanism be implemented?" /quote] Hello, they say, "Check out all alternatives for the ground safety stress. These can be done for the ground safety stress. If one of these does not provide, you need to increase the ground safety, change the building static system or make ground improvement.
