How Are Beams and Cork Floors Modeled Together?

IN THE ATTACHED PICTURE, IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE ONLY THE EXCHANGE SECTIONS WITH CORK FLOORING IN THE LIVING ROOM AND ROOMS IN ORDER THAT THE BEAM DOES NOT droop? WHEN USING A 50/30 HORIZONTAL BEAM AT THE EXCHANGE PLACE, IT DOES NOT PROVIDE THE RULE OF 3 TIMES THE FLOOR THICKNESS FOR THE INSIDE 15 CM FLOOR, WHAT SOLUTION DO YOU RECOMMEND? THANKS...

Hello there; 1. Draw your beams so that they pass outside the ridge in accordance with the architectural project. 2. Define your floors as 20cm 3. Since your floors are 20cm, your beams around these floors must be 60cm. 4. Let's change the reinforcement type to Lower+Top by using the "Edit Slab Calculation Axis" command for your slabs that you have defined as 20cm. 5. Since the stapling control on the columns adjacent to the 20cm slabs will not be made automatically due to the beams, let's define column heads with zero table thickness for these columns. 6. Let's analyze the building as Semi-Rigid Diaphragm, meanwhile, let's tick the Use earthquake loads in slab design option. That's all... Best regards.
