High Pursantage in Columns

Hello to everyone. I'm solving a project that was solved with another static analysis program in idecad, but I get a high rate of purchase in some columns. How can I find out the reason for this?

I have a few questions I would like to ask. There is an elevator in the building. I think it should be. It goes into 3b. In my city, a curtain is required around the elevator. It's a ridiculous request, but there is no curtain in your building, and there is no curtain around the basement, so there is a situation as if there are 5 floors after the foundation, and the frequency of the building is calculated accordingly and the period is 1.30 seconds. This value seems a little high to me. I do not know the architecture, but I think the fact that there are polygon columns in the columns is a problem in practice. For example, column s1 is 50 cm on one side and 48 cm on the other. I do not think that this will be taken into account in practice. I think the small beams at the ends of the protrusions are problematic. We also tried this way for a while, but in practice, the blacksmith rode there and passes, then the municipality does not accept it, stop trying. It is more logical to design it as a cassette, to match the end part with ribs and to specify that ribs should be placed in the gap part in detail. As an account, what you did might be more accurate, but I think the structure will move away from the way it was calculated, since it is likely not to be in practice.
