There was also ground + 2 floors in a project that was a permanent foundation. 1 more floor was added, I analyzed it as ground + 3 floors. In the building inspection report, I want to check whether the foundation and flooring reinforcements are the same as the project, the report says there is nothing about the foundation. When I look at the report, there are column and beam reinforcements. It says that only c25 concrete class is used for the foundation. there is no other information. I looked at the projects I've done before and there is no information about it. can you please help me i added the project i would be very happy if you get a feedback take it easy everyone...
 
When you look at the regulation in performance analysis, you won't find anything relevant to the fundamentals. The regulation looks at the evaluation of the visible part of the building, whether it will perform in its current form. As a matter of fact, there is no information in the relevant article of the regulation about making additions to the buildings. In other words, it is as if the regulation said "don't add to the structures, just review the current situation, strengthen them if necessary". But unfortunately, additional demands are coming in the market. Moreover, aside from the additional demands, the man got 8 floors and made 4 floors. Time passed, he wanted to build other floors, he doesn't know what to do because the regulations have changed. Moreover, institutions do not know what to want and how to ask for it.
