Help while drawing the architectural project I got from Autocad.

Hello guys, I want to ask something. I'm trying to add the autocad file, but it says it's not allowed, let me explain. I'm drawing a big project for the first time and I want you to confirm some of my thoughts just to make sure I don't get it wrong. Now I can summarize as follows. In the architectural project, the 2nd basement floor is drawn flat. There is a balcony on the 1st basement floor. While I draw the columns and ceiling in the 2nd basement floor, I should draw a balcony so that I can draw the balcony shown in the 1st basement floor, right? I didn't make a balcony because the 2nd basement floor is drawn flat in architecture, but this time, the image on the right does not show a balcony in the 1st basement floor. I hope I was able to explain my problem...
 
To upload such a file, you can try to zip it and send it. Also, if there is a balcony on the 1st basement floor, you must enter the balcony slab on the 2nd basement floor ceiling. What you think is correct.
